I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its spacious and characterful rooms featuring generous super king beds and stunning views. The service was impeccable, and I enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The location was perfect, placing me near the town center and everything I needed. While the dining experience was satisfactory, the square hamburgers were a unique touch. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a very large shower and a character-filled four-poster bed, making it extra comfortable. The service, especially the housekeeping and welcome drink, was top-notch. The location was just perfect, right opposite the Shepherd Neame brewery and close to everything in an old-worldly pub setting at the Quay. Despite the fantastic experience, the dining with seasonal salads was somewhat lacking. Overall, a great value for money choice!
